- For inquiry of CARP Exemption and checking of
requirements.
November 6, 2019 (Wednesday)
- Inform Sir Alex Ciruela of the other necessary docs/files
to be submitted
November 6-10, 2019
- Preparation for the submission of the docs/files.
November 12, 2019 (Tuesday)
- Go to HLURB Regional Office 3 (location: 3F Insular Life
Building Dolores Street San Fernando Pampanga)
- Inquire/Submit documents for Land
Classification/Zoning Certification.
November 14, 2019 (Thursday)
- Go to NIA Regional Office 3 (location:  Barangay
Tambubong Road, Tambubong, San Rafael, 3008)
- Inquire/Submit documents for Certificate of Irrigation
Coverage.
