CONTRACT OF PIECE OF WORK

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Piece of Work made and executed by:

“BAMBUHAN MALOLENYO” represented by its owner JUAN A. DELA

CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age, married, with residence and postal address at Blk
8 Lot 2, Camella Homes Subdivision, Longos, City of Malolos, Bulacan,
hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY

- AND -

BASILIO C. DELOS SANTOS, Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence

and postal address at #23 Mahalimuyak Street, Alido Heights Subdivision, City
of Malolos, Bulacan, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the owner of “BAMBUHAN MALOLENYO”,

a duly registered business in the Philippines, with principal office at at Blk 8
Lot 2, Camella Homes Subdivision, Longos, City of Malolos, Bulacan;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is engaged in the business of selling

furnitures made of bamboo woods;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is skilled in doing furnitures made of

bamboo woods and is willing to enter this agreement with the FIRST PARTY.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the FIRST

PARTY and SECOND PARTY hereby enter into this CONTRACT OF PIECE OF
WORK subject to the following terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DESIGN AND STRUCTURE. The design and structure of the

furnitures to be made are attached herewith as ANNEX “A” and
ANNEX “B” respectively;

2. MATERIALS. All the materials necessary in making the said

furnitures will be provided by the FIRST PARTY;

3. COMPENSATION. The compensation for the services of the SECOND

PARTY will be FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 15,000.00) Philippine
currency;

4. DOWNPAYMENT. The an amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P

5,000.00) Philippine Currency will be given to the SECOND PARTY as
down payment upon execution of this contract;

5. BALANCE. The remaining balance of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P

10,000.00) Philippine curreny will be given upon fulfillment of the
SECOND PARTY’s obligation;
 6. TIME FRAME. The SECOND PARTY guarantees to finish and deliver
the furnitures after THIRTY (30) DAYS upon execution of this
contract;

7. THAT, the parties hereby undertakes to faithfully comply with all the
terms and conditions of this agreement;

8. THAT, this agreement shall take effect immediately upon its signing
by the parties and shall remain in full force and effect, unless
repealed, amended or modified in writing by the parties or their duly
authorized representatives

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto subscribed their

names this 17th day of July, 2020 at City of Malolos, Bulacan.

wherein the acknowledgment is written, has been signed by the parties and
witnesses on each and every page thereof.
