Batteries are replaced “entirely” after it loses efficiency; since it existed.
Changing a whole battery might cost a fortune and the revolution in this process has died a long time ago. With the innovation, it has been optimized for the replacement process in such a way that the whole battery needn’t be swapped, but the efficiency of each cell can be tracked by segregating the internal cells into a number of divisions and the less efficient ones are easily identified and swapped with new ones to increase the overall battery life of the whole unit. The idea is that the whole complete unit of battery is divided into a no. of required compartment of cells and each compartment is then test for the battery life of individual cells. This data is then compared with the standard batter efficiency and this data is sent to an Arduino UNO to calculate efficiency and other parameters. The processed data is then sent to the user to identify no of cells required to change for increasing the overall efficiency. This results in lower cost redemption and longevity of the whole battery. This is a well devised methodology for budget-friendly battery optimization as it reduces the cost replacement by over 50% and extends the period of sustainability by at least 4 years.
