Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is Nora and I would love to join your team as a host/bus. I’ve worked
at The Badger Burger Company, a small restaurant chain, for about three
months. I have also worked customer service at another small business for
over a year. I believe that my past experience as well as my ability to speak
well to customers makes me a great candidate for the job.

In my previous roles as a host/bus I handled greeting, seating, and assigning

customers a server as quickly as possible. I was also responsible for
accommodating large groups, families with small children, and people with
disabilities. The job demands the ability to stay calm and accurate during a
rush; as to not forget to assign each table a server.

I have eaten in your restaurant a couple of times, and I think that it is one of
the most welcoming and delicious spots in the area. I really admire how your
restaurant thrives to create a comfortable atmosphere for all of its customers.
As someone who enjoys serving people and helping them have as nice of an
experience as possible, I truly believe that I would be a good match for the
company.
