 Petition for the issuance of writs of certiorari,
prohibition, mandamus, habeas corpus, injunction and
other ancillary writs and processes in aid of its appellate
jurisdiction and over petitions of similar nature,
including quo warranto, arising or that may arise in
cases filed under Eos 1,2, 14, 14-A, issued in 1986
4. REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS
a. Original and Exclusive
i. Civil actions in which the subject of the litigation is
incapable of pecuniary estimation
ii. Civil actions which involve the title to, or possession of, real
property, or any interest therein, where the assessed value
of the property exceeds P20,000 or for civil actions in Metro
Manila, where such value exceeds P50,000 except actions
for forcible entry and unlawful detainer of lands or
buildings, original jurisdiction over which is conferred to
MTC
