Mailing List Procedure:

1. Red sheet is most important. Please fill it out completely. If you have questions about the red
sheet then ask Tim McCartney, Jeff Stewart, or Marco Hernandez.
2. Art and data has to be sent to EPP before the ticket is brought to EPP.
a. When an art proof is necessary, but the data is not available, then please indicate
specifically on the ticket. It is understood that the job will need to be rescheduled
before returning to EPP for data work to be done.
3. The red sheet is necessary for any kind of mailing, FedEx, USPS, etc.
4. When a quote is necessary without any kind of job associated with it (estimate to try to get the
job) please provide a red sheet which can be placed in the ticket when we get the job.

Things necessary for processing mail:

1. Red Sheet
2. Sample of mailing piece for dimensions
3. Information about which data fields to keep or discard for mailing purposes.
4. Clear indication about whether client needs NCOA change list, or any other specific lists to
return (for example, non valid address or foreign addresses).
5. Previous job number for similar mailing (that way we can verify the correct Permit, Indicia, CRID,
etc. for a particular client.)

to people for information.

NOTE: Please provide a Job Number on all emails regarding a job. Also, please call when providing any
revised art or data. New art or data sent to Files may not be used in a timely manner without additional
communication.
