Agriculture land Revenue Survey No. 250/ P1/ 108 from
North Side Part HE 1-21-41 PRA AND Survey No. 250/ P1/
109, He 0-80-94 PRA Total Land admeasuring HE 2- 02-35 PRA
which Acres-5-00 Gutha with A/ C No. 650 of V.F. 8-A of
Village – Bhalgamada, Sub District – Halvad of District Morbi
of Gujarat which Lease Deed was Recorded in Sub
Registered Officer by Serial No. 3914, Dated:-29-11-
2021 for 6 years i.e. for Dated:-27-11-2021 to 31-12-
2027.

2. Both Partied i.e. Licensee AND Licensor decided to extent

TIME PERIOD of lease Period of above said land so that both
parties made this INDENTURE by their willingness

3. NEW Time Period of above said land is for 10 ( TEN ) YEARS

and i.e. for Date- 27-11-2021 to 31-12-2031 that means 4 year
time will be extended .

4. Rent Amount Remain SAME which was Mentioned in

Registered Lease Deed sr. no. 3914, Dated:-29-11-2021.

5. No Further CHANGE will occur by this DEED like Area of Land,
