GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION IN CLASS-I FOR THE SESSION-2021-2022

NOTE: Admission will be granted only on production of all the original relevant documents at the time of admission.

Self-Attested Xerox/ original copies of the following documents are required to submit with the printed downloaded
application Form with photograph.

1. Birth certificate
2. Residential Proof certificate. (Gas connection/Electric bill/Bank pass book etc.)
3. Transfer order for the employee of Category-I to IV (if applicable)
4. Identity card or
5. Employer's certificate. (Service certificate Cat I - IV)
6. Caste certificate (For SC/ST/EWS/QBC/BPL candidates)
7. Differently Abled certificate (if applicable)
8. Income certificate from the Competent authority/Payslip
9. Blood group certificate
10. Self-declaration of distance of residence from the Vidyalaya
11. Adhaar card (if available)
12. Original Affidavit for Single Girl Child
13. Others if any

DATE OF ADMISSION: FROM 24.06.2021 TO 26.06.2021

TIME OF ADMISSION: FROM 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

FEES
ADMISSION FEE = Rs 25/
VVN = Rs 1500/- (Quarterly)

ΤΟΤΑL = Rs 1525/

A) Mere registration & selection will not confer a right to admission.

B) Incomplete application form shall be normally rejected
C) Admission secured on the basis of any wrong certificate shall be cancelled by the Principal forthwith and no appeal
against such action of the principal shall be entertained.
