The color of the Menstrual Phase in my bracelet is pale blue.
The Follicular Phase is represented by a light yellowish-green color.
Ovulation is color pink and it is represented by a star, right at the center of the menstrual bracelet. The
Luteal Phase is represented by a soft, pale shade of purple.
2. How long does each phase last?
The Menstrual Phase typically lasts from day 1 to day 5.
The Follicular Phase typically lasts for 8 days
Ovulation occurs roughly at about a day.
The Luteal Phase lasts for 14 days in the menstrual cycle.
3. How do you describe what happens to an egg during the first 14 days of the cycle if no fertilization
occurs?

The menstrual cycle is essential to study since it is linked to sexual health, as charting the menstrual
cycle and being aware of fertile days may be used as a contraceptive strategy and a means to plan
pregnancy. If the female does not want to become pregnant as a result of sexual intercourse, it might be
beneficial to both parties to know when the fertile period is.
