ABSTRACT

Clinic currently uses a manual system for the management & maintenance of critical information. The
current system requires numerous paper forms. Often information is incomplete or does not follow
management standards.

A significant part of the operation of any clinic involves that acquisition management and timely
retrieval of great volumes of information. The information typically involves patient records & his
medical history.

Project Description

Clinic Management System is powerful, flexible, and easy to use and is designed and developed to
deliver real conceivable benefits to clinics and more importantly it is backed by reliable and
dependable. Clinic Management System is designed for multi-specialty hospitals, to cover a wide
range of hospital administration and management processes.

Clinic Management System enables you to develop your organization and improve its effectiveness
and quality of work. Managing the key processes efficiently is critical to the success of the clinic
helps you manage your processes.

It maintains two levels of users:-

● Administrator Level

● User Level

The Project includes:-

● Suggesting Type of Clinic

● Adding Patient Type

● Adding Patient Details

This project is designed for the study purpose & it cannot replace a real clinic management system.
The following conclusion can be deduced from the development of this project :-

● This project can help in saving time & maintaining the data of clinic.

● This is a simple project & it cannot be used in real world clinical system.

● This project is very simple as it contains simple concepts of OOP.

● Changes can be made in this project for making it more efficient.
