Dear Mr./Ms. _____________,

In line with our Contract of Sale dated ___________ for the purchase of ______________ with
an Area of _________ sq.m., we have agreed that the Broker’s Commission will be at the
expense of the seller, _______________________; and consequently, the Broker will give Ms.
_______________________, the buyer, a rebate for each monthly amortization paid by Ms.
Chan to Ortigas.

However, according to the Broker, the Broker’s Commission has remained unpaid by ________
up to this date. As a result of the unpaid commission, Rebates which has been due and
demandable since 2021 has also been unpaid by the Broker.

With this, unless the Broker’s Commission has been released and paid, may we ask you not to
deposit and put on-hold the following checks:
