Cmr.(AAT)/2020/_ 84 [SECB) HR dated,294 fot Io CIRCULAR Subject: Reduction in number of procedures in construction permit under Ease of Doing Busine: As per clause 2.0.1 of UBBL-2016 there are eight procedures for getting the construction permits through online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS). In actual practice there are following 7 procedures in the entire process from applying for sanction of building plan to issue of occupancy-cum-completion certificate: S.No. Procedure _ | Time Limit ] 1 | Submission of application for sanction of building plan and NOC | 30 Days applications in Common Application Form (CAF) along with building permit fees, drawings and documents. 2° | Grant of sanction within stipulated period, Payment of requisite fees & charges, as applicable, and release of sanctioned building plan, '3__| Intimation of completion of work up to plinth level. 7 Days 4 | Plinth level inspection and online issue of plinth level inspection certificate. 5 |Submission of application for issue of Occupancy-cum-| 22 Days Completion Certificate (OCC) and NOCs (Fire, Water etc) in Common Occupancy-cum-Completion Certificate Request Form (COCCRF) along with requisite fees, drawings and documents. 6 __| Single joint site inspection by all concemed departments. 7 [intimation of compounding fee and charges, if applicable, and release of OCC along with completion plan. All concerned are directed to take cognizance of this and ensure that this is brought into the notice of all stakeholders.
