Dear Mr. Doe:

On April 20, 2022 I purchased an eight piece socket set, product number: 123456. I made this purchase
at Home Depot at the location of 5678 Drive Road Spokane, WA 99999. I have the original receipt with
the date and information of purchase, invoice number: 147258. Unfortunately, the socket set has not
performed well because the sockets keep breaking. This is my fifth set I have bought. This has caused
the company down time and loss of money.

The problems I have experience are, the sockets only last for one to two jobs. Because of the poor
performing socket set, I would appreciate it if you would compensate me with the same socket set at
your cost by May 30, 2022. Here are a couple ideas you could consider:

 Extend the warranty on the socket sets

 Contact the manufacture and see if they made a bad batch
 Pull the sockets from the shelf until the problem is resolved
