Annual Crossridge Subdivision Homeowners Meeting

6:30 PM June 2, 2022
1. Robert Ramsey called the meeting to order at 6:43. He announced he would no longer be
president but would remain on the board. He introduced his assistant, Sharon.
2. Julie Swack read the minutes from the 2019 Annual Meeting. Motion made by Robert
Ramsey to approve the minutes. Seconded by Kenny Cravens. Motion passed
unanimously.
3. Kenny Cravens presented the Treasurer’s Report. $5,219.86 in bank. Collected from 83
homes out of 188 homes. 45%. Lance Sunderlin will contact those who haven’t paid.
Motion made by Benny Stofer to approve the Treasurer’s report. Seconded by Ken
Thornton. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Discussion about the island maintenance, irrigation system and the ponding at each side
of the first island. Kathy Lee will contact Corey Berger of Alvaton Nursery& Landscape
and ask they weed the islands on a schedule.
5. Carroll Lehman is resigning from the board due to health reasons and recommended
Laura Dinning. Motion made by Kathy Lee to nominate her. Phoebe Jones was
nominated, also. Kathy Lee will contact Bill Clouse to see if he is still willing to remain
on the board. Benny Stofer made a motion to approve Laura Dinning and Phoebe Jones.
Robert Ramsey seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
6. Ideas for S.N.A.P. grant ideas. The island on Meadow Ridge Ct. is an issue. It hasn’t
been maintained in many years. BGMU owns it and it was suggested they maintain it.
President Kathy Lee will investigate this for us.
7. Discussion about paying dues via Venmo. It was determined by Treasurer Kenny Craves
that 25% of people who favored it wasn’t sufficient to merit further exploration or
consideration.
8. Ken Thornton brought up the yard sale date and shared that he felt Derby Day isn’t
always the best date. The board assured him we had discussed all the possibilities and the
different conflicts each month has.
9. A directory will be made available from the information collected from the dues form.
10.The officers for the 2022-2023 board of directors consists of Kathy Lee-President, Benny
Stofer-Vice-President, Kenny Cravens-Treasurer, Julie Swack-Secretary. Those on the
board are: Bill Clouse, Laura Dinning, Phoebe Jones, Wayne Larson, Phoebe Jones, Dan
Oberst, Robert Ramsey and Lance Sunderlin.
11.Motion made to adjourn by Kathy Lee. Seconded by Kenny Cravens. Motion passed.
