Diagnostics:

1. No Progressive Devoicing v → f after a voiceless obstruent, so Vilnius [l’itv]

while other dialects say [l’itf].

2. Palatalized dentals [s’ z’ ts’ dz’] instead of the prepalatals [ɕ ʑ ʨ ʥ], as in [dz’is’].
Note [s’ z’ ts’ dz’] exist marginally in Standard Polish in borrowings:
sinus, Zanzibar, na cito.

3. The lateral is either palatalized [l’] or dark-l [ł]., as in [tl’k] and [strats’ił].

4. Word-final –ą is pronounce [ɔ], as in twą [tvɔ].

5. No Labial Decomposition, so [zdrv’], not [zdrv’j].
