The story revolves around Dr. Frederick Starks, a psychoanalyst accustomed to the routine
of his wealthy patients, who on his 53rd birthday receives a mysterious letter full of hate in
which he is threatened in the darkest way possible. A terrible hatred for Dr. Starks.
The clear message that it will ruin the life of the psychoanalyst to the point of leading him
to commit suicide.
The clear threat that if after certain days the doctor does not commit suicide, then he will
kill one of his relatives.
