SUMMARY

Community Organizing is gain power involving a constituency in identify problem that

can desired solution and established democratic controlled institution that can develop
the capacity to solve the problem. Importance of community organizing it helps
advantages to achieve social transformation that can help improve community in
decision making, in the processing community organizing the one person can lead to a
community that has a common vision and concern to the members of community, the
person that has a goal how to develop plan on how it going to achieve, having more
strategic plan and careful in decision making and also evaluate the progress of the
goal/plan if it is able to come up with a new strategies and it can improve a lot in
community. The character help to develop the individual to have a strong characteristic
to values other and one self, characteristic develop personality not only looking
expensive, but have a developing ones inner self and having a good behavior in the
members of community.

How can we relate it to Perpetualites : A helper of God

We can relate the community organizing in our subject to perpetualites: A helper of God
being a person in the community we are the one who can be contribute a good
influence to our community especially as a leader we can help a person who are in the
wrong path and human relation for the fulfillment of the aspiration in the community,
community organizing as the way that God is organizing God’s people towards
justice, peace, and equality. Community organizing is a way for churches to be
participants in God’s desire for the care of all creation towards justice.
