Sport

1 Yoga helps to develop your concentration to the maximum. Along with working on your body, muscle
building, flexibility, yoga also exercises the mind. It helps you clear your mind, focus better and interrupt
the flow of incessant thoughts. With time, practicing yoga will have a more than beneficial effect on your
daily concentration.

2 Because they are not as good as they think they are.

They are frustrated because they can’t get the results they want out of their athletes when they need it
most: in competition.

3Taekwondo is a fun way to experience being patient as you strive towards a long-term goal.

4 Sometimes I have patience, sometimes I don't. Because some movements are easy to perform, and
others take me a long time to get the desired results.

5 Exercise is one of the most important things I can do to combat stress. Putting physical stress on my
body through exercise can relieve mental stress.

6 Positive experiences that sports and an active lifestyle bring play an important role my life.
