We want to provide you with clean and safe comfort rooms. Audit Findings to Comfort Rooms such as litter, cigarette
butts, and unflushed toilet bowls were reported to us consistently.

We are seeking your support to disseminate this memorandum to the users of the comfort rooms located on the 3 rd
floor. Please practice the following:

 Please use water and paper tissue conservatively

 Throw used paper tissues into the trash cannot on the floor or in the toilet bowl.
 Flush the toilet after use and clean off the toilet seat
 Smoking inside the CR is not permitted.
