RED AND GREEN GROUP

INSTRUCTIONS FORM D

As a group, devise a specific plan for how you would like your supervisor
to handle the following situation.
Your employee’s office is going to be relocated to another building at a
nearby site. All that you know about this move is that the other members
of his or her department will not be going along, the employee’s job
will essentially remain the same, he or she will still report to you, and
you don’t know why the employee has been asked to move.
Your plan should include, but is not limited to:

1. Details about how you are told (how, when, where, etc.).
2. Exactly what is said to you.
3. Any other implementation actions that you would like included that
might make this change easier for you.
