CIRCULAR Attention of the Principals/ DDOs concerned is invited to the following: 1, The School education Department has issued a circular as in reference above. ‘The operative part therein is reproduced hereunder: 4) it is impressed upon ail the Principal(s/ DDOs of the school concerned from where and to which such transfer orders are issued/affected, not to relieve such transferees and not to allow thea to Join at transferred place Of posting; and 5) it shall be the responsititity of the Principal(s)/ DDOs of the schoot Concerned to report all suct cases to the Department immediately without any failure and delay, so that the necessary punitive action against the violators of the rules/ guidelines be initiated as per the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Regulations, 1956, 2. _In this connection no communication has been received in the Department yet, from the Principals/ DDOs concerned. Now, therefore: All the Principal(s)/ DDOs of the school concerned are instructed to report all such cases to the Department immediately, along with the Government orders, without fail by 06,06,2022 for further action in the Department.
