TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE NEW NORMAL

Students will likely revert to a conventional face-to-face approach of education as schools reopen
throughout the world. This shift offers schools a rare chance to think differently and examine
new approaches, to learn from the previous few months of distant learning, and to develop a new
normal for teaching and learning.

Students can build good self-directed learning abilities with the use of learning tools and
technology. They can recognize what they need to learn, locate and use online resources, apply
the knowledge to the situation at hand, and even analyze the feedback they get. This boosts their
productivity and efficiency.
