Found damp in the sitting room - to be fixed,

Shower door missing screw that holds togheter. Vitek is still working there - tiling the window sill, sanding and painting

Door lock has a contact broken as per Vitek so we cannot use the card master key or key cards

Viteck checked and is dripping inside cabinet from one of the pipes

coffee table was removed - broken some days ago. New one put there by Vitek (spare one from electrical room)

Informed that there is water on the floor when using the washing machine

needs to find a new door also for it - old door at the moment

Washing machine faulty and cannot be fixed. Vitek has swapped the one from flat 10 so they have a working one.

Fire alarm batteries changed in flats 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 ,11. 12, 15, 16, 17, PH & staff room.

Changed the batteries at call-points 65, 4, 3, 2, ground floor and LG floor & electricity room

For corridors 6th (Q690), 5th Q670, 4th Q670, 3rd Q690 (2019), 2nd Q690 Ground Q690, LG Floor Q690, electricity room

Vitek has checked and he is working on this flat for the wall stains. In
vitek donemeantime he has replaced the silicon around the shower tray in
the
vitek flat 7 which is on top of flat 5. There is a possibility that the leak in flat
5 is coming from flat 7
