Waste management processes, Areas of Improvement if any required will actually help the company
to sustain in long run.

Objective:

The basis of Understanding the Solid Waste Management in existing company is to make myself
aware about the critical situation that the company is going through right now to remain
competitive & sustainable among others. What challenges it faces in present situation & what are
the systems or processes which can be remodelled to make it more sustainable is the grey area of
exploration.

Methodology:

 Understanding the process in managing Solid Waste at existing plant level

 Studying the processes involved in managing Solid Waste in India & abroad.
 Identify the areas of Improvement in our plant which is viable & sustainable for long run
with respect to our product lines
