5 Objective Of trainee

An objective statement in our resume is the most important section which plays a vital
role in our selection process. Therefore it is strongly recommended to write a focused
objective statement in our resume for a management trainee position.

The main purpose of training is to ensure that have the technical skills they need to perform
the job efficiently and smoothly. While technical training is unique for the job, programs
typically focus on the hard skills an employee needs to meet the key performance indicators
associated with the role.

Training is concerned with increasing the knowledge and skills of employees for doing
specific jobs, and development involves the growth of employees in all aspects.

Section Two

6 Significance of the internship

Internship plays a very crucial role in a student life. During that period students
get to know how the business or corporate world actually works and how it
operates. Internship are very different from jobs and employment because
while on an internship, a student thinks of getting experience not salary but
when it comes to jobs or employment it directly associates with income.

6.1 Lesson learnt by trainee

 To gain experience. ...

 To have a better understanding. ...
 Have the opportunity to learn and watch. ...
 Gain the ability to put new things into practice. ...
 Build confidence
 Punctuality.
 To get a feel for different industries. ...
 To communicate.
 New and improved skills and how to apply them in organization.
 Professional communications. ...
 Networking is important. ...
 Taking constructive criticism well. ...
 Work hard no matter what you're doing. ...
 Making connections. ...
 You're more important than you think.

6.2 Challenges faced as a trainee:

 Not enough work.
 Afraid to ask questions.
 Supervisor forgets that you’re new to the field.
 Competition with interns.
 Your work isn’t used.
 A new lifestyle
6.3 Challenges faced by other organization:

 Organization is a place where number of people work with each other to

achieved a mutual Goal and Management is interested in an organization
mainly from an instrumental point of view. For a company, organization is a
means to an end to achieve its goals, which are to create value for its
stakeholders (stockholders, employees, customers, suppliers, community).

 Therefore Management behaviour can be describe in terms of structure &

Culture

 In which the relationship between management structure and culture and

its effect on business performance should be analyze very carefully to
sustain the Organization growth and its development.

 Now for improving organizations overall effectiveness is a constant key

objective for all executives so that organization will benefit significantly -
through:
 -Increased productivity
 -Faster decision making
 -Less internal conflict
 Organizational effectiveness
 Needs to do with minimum use of resource.
 Tasks, avoiding mistakes so that there is no rework.
 However,  theorganisation doesn't  become more effective spontaneously.

Individuals,  particularly those with management

 responsibilities
 implement the changes
 long-term improvement

If the gains in effectiveness are not to be eroded the whole process needs to be set
in a culture of continuous improvement so that each improvement builds on its
goods and services.

7. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATIONS

The Crescent Group of industries started their industrial activity in 1956in the textile weaving

sector under the patronage of two brothers, Muhammad Arshad and Muhammd Parvaze .At

present the Group can rightly feel proud of playing a vital role in the textile

cloth spinning and finishing process and is having Choler Alkali industries and a

power plant. Crescent textile is one of the largest manufacturers and registered

leading exporter of textile goods in Pakistan. The organization is a registered

exporter of textile products of our country and is exporting quality products

throughout the world.

CRESCENT COTTON has its own designing both manual and computerized. The

patterns and designs are prepared in the developing and screen making

department. Crescent has large number of designs that comply with latest

requirement and patterns of variegated nature. They use extensive range of

colors and print on varied fabrics, such as poly cotton 50:50 plain weave, 100%

cotton fabric plain weave, and percale, Sateen in bleached, dyed and printed

form. In addition to fabrics CRESCENT COTTON has a well set stitching

department fitted with 120 machines for producing value added textile

products i.e. bed sheet sets, quilt covers, comforter shells, pillow covers,

curtains, table cloth and also readymade garments of export patterns and

quality. Equitation of the best possible control equipments ensures the best

quality products. The laboratory of CRESCENT COTTON is well supplied with the

standard quality equipments. Hence all tests concerning fabric shrinkage,

rubbing fastness, bowing and washing of the fabric are accurately conducted.

The Crescent Group of industries is on the way to progress with giant steps. The

Crescent spinning Mill is producing very fine quality yarn; Crescent Chemical is

producing standard Textile chemicals for the domestic use and for export.

These things are necessary for textile industry. Crescent textile gets the
chemicals from these factories. These units assure the continuous supply of

these items; hence the shortage of yarn and the unavailability of chemicals are

no problems. Rather these problems have been totally eradicated and this has

caused the rapid progress of the Group as a whole.
