I am currently a student studying the master of engineering science at your

prestigious university, with student ID: U1140853. I am writing this letter to
inform you that I will be unable to attend the second semester due to the Covid 19
pandemic.
India is going through the second wave of the Covid 19 pandemic. The third wave
is supposed to arrive this year-end and it will make conditions worse. I will be
unable to study and I think online classes are not fit for me. I always prefer face to
face interaction with faculty and students.
In India, part-time jobs are very scarce compared to Australia. So, I am compelled
to take up full-time jobs where I hardly get a day off. This has affected my studies
and made it difficult for me to manage everything.
Therefore, I request you to please consider my condition and grant leave for one
semester.
