When Reviewing corporate Credit files, the following were discovered:

1. Fopa Amassogo (02417301047710) Processing fee commissions were wrongly

vouchered with XAF 7500 instead of 25000( the minimum). That is system record is
25000 but source document shows 7500, giving a difference of 17500.The Risk here is,
our source document are not consistence with the system which is not good and it also
shows that the ARO does not check or compare the voucher she send to credit and what
was inputted in the system by CPU.
2. Groupe Degaule, Has no voucher in the file. Also other documents (find attached) were
found in this file that does not belong to group degaule , this reveals wrong filling of
documents. The Risk here is incomplete documentation which is serious because
imagine auditors came and select commissions in the system and ask for supporting
documents and the branch cannot provide. For other documents found in the file, the
risk here is we might miss documents because the file is not were it suppose to be, this is
really stressful and time consuming in case we have to look for the document.
3. ETS Mbida (0241730104163421) has no GM approval copy in the file, once again wrong
filling of documents. The Risk here is that we can pay loans that are not approved and
this is consider as a fraudulent act because nothing proofs in the file that it was approve.
4. Wrong Presentation of clients files/information. All the credit files I reviewed were
poorly presented.
We therefore recommend as follows:
 A new voucher should be prepared and duly signed to reflect the system
amount which is the correct amount. The ARO should always ensure that, what
was vouchered is what is in the client account if not call for corrective measures.
 Groupe Degaule voucher should be prepared and duly sign and kept in his file.
The Western Union attached below should be properly kept in his file.
 ETS Mbida. The GM approval should be printed and included in the file because
is part of the document needed in the file.
 The presentation of the credit files should be as follows:
I. Branch Code (024) at the top of the file page.
II. Client Name and Account number.
III. Type of credit Facility Granted.
IV. The Amount.
V. The date it was inputted in to the system.
