When reviewing western union, the following were discovered;

 Miss Rose Njofang and Mr. Leonard Lotti did withdrawals on the 14/03/2018 for the
amounts as follows; 10,496/ 29,997 but their CNI was not sign 3 times, no original
sighted written on the photocopy of the CNI (Find attached). This clearly indicate that
the cashier did not comply with the procedures by comparing the CNI and the physical
persons to ensure the person she is paying is the holder of that CNI. The RISK here is,
the money could be pay to someone who is not the holder of that CNI. Therefore
paying to the wrong person.

We therefore, recommend that the cashier should contact the clients for the signing of
those CNI and make sure she compares the CNI and the physical person signing. Check
their numbers on their slips.
