1. Time for Transhipment of Luggage is 0900 hrs. to 1800 hrs., through

service elevator only. (No Shifting on Sundays & Public Holiday) Photos
2. Following documents should be submitted prior to Move-In.
a) Copy of signed and notarized lease deed (signed by Owner/POA).
b) Email from owner from their registered email-Id.
c) Identity and Address proof (Passport /PAN /Voter ID)
d) One passport size photo of Primary member.
e) Copy of Police verification of tenant (Verification from Sector 65 Police Station).
f) In case of Foreign National, copy of passport, VISA and FRRO letter should also be submitted.
3. Move-In charges are Rs. 2,000/-, should pay before Move-In inside the complex.
4. Following outstanding dues (if any) of Presidia should be cleared prior: -
