Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service at your Modern


Technique shop on Saturday 14 May.
When I came to your shop, what I have received from your service was
unbelievably unbearable. Your assistant was so rude to me. That’s just
unacceptable. Your service guarantee made sure my device will be repaired
speedily, but I had to wait in vain without knowing when the device will be
completely done.
I wonder if the products that I bought from your shop keep going wrong? what
should I do if I always receive bad services? I am looking forward to your
immediate reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until the end of this
week. I hope you can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen before I
would make a decision to never continuely buy any products from your shop.
