I am hereby writing this letter to request for waiver for my KRA PIN number A015508075E
under the Income Tax Resident Individual obligation. I was unable to file my returns for the year
2020 as I had no knowledge of my obligation to file my returns annually until this year when I
met a cyberman who educated me, I hereby promise to continually file my returns annually
without fail and on time.

Am kindly requesting that the amount to be waived as I may not be able to pay the required
Kshs. 2000 due to financial challenges as am still a student at the The Eldoret National
Polytechnic (Reg. No. 2021/02238) and unemployed.

I am hereby writing this letter requesting your humble office for waiver on the above penalty. I
look forward to your response to this urgent matter. Attached please find my Transcript as proof.
