Boundaries
Documents, maps and other information that depict rights and interests in property provide the
foundation for decision-making in communications, utilities, insurance and government applications.
When parcel information is maintained in a geographic information system (GIS), it can be integrated in
an informational workflow that is easily shared and accessed within and between departments and
organizations. The Pitney Bowes Parcel data sets empower businesses to geographically analyze data
and make the correct decision based on property boundaries. With the flexibility to integrate into most
software systems, the Pitney Bowes geocoding and spatial products have long set the standard for
geocoding accuracy, spatial analysis and speed. Pitney Bowes Parcels sets the highest standard for
accuracy and spatial analysis.

Due to licensing restrictions we are prohibited from distributing parcel boundaries in some counties. We
provide the point of the center of the parcel in these counties instead of the parcel boundary. To
distinguish these from the parcel boundary data they are named parcelpoints_xxxxx.tab or
parcelpoints_xxxxx.shp.
