Dear Mr. Mark:

Last week I got my car back from your body shop and everything looked great when I picked it up. Today
I took my car to the car wash and while using the sprayer I noticed that some of the paint on the front
bumper that was repaired has flaked off. I wasn’t close to the paint with the sprayer either, probably
about 3 feet away, this was obviously an error on your part and I’m pretty upset considering my car was
in the shop for about 3 weeks.

fixed.
