Answer:

The six major wrap up activities are transfer the deliverables to customers, closure and release

the resource for new project, re-organizing the team, check the bills and make sure no

outstanding, deliver the project to customers, and prepare final report.

The 7 guidelines for project audits are the philosophy must be the project audit not others;

minimize the comments about others; to be sensitive to other’s emotions and reaction; verify the

correct data; senior management should support for the audit; audit is to learn from fault, not to

prosecute others; and audit should be completed as soon as possible.

5) Describe the three steps for project audits (p.522 to 525)

Answer:

The first step for project audit is initiation and staffing, the audit should be independent and

outside view of the project, and this is only depending to the organization and project size. The

second step is collecting and analysing the data, data should be used and gathered from the

related project only. The last step is reporting, to learn and present it out what have done and

learn from the project.

Project Retrospective

1) Answer: Describe project retrospective

A project retrospective is a structured way to gather knowledge, insights, metrics, and artifacts

from a completed project, phase, or development iteration. Even in daily life, taking the time to

reflect on why something unpleasant happened helps you to avoid a recurrence.
