SUBJECT : Result of Action Taken re Reiteration of the Directive to Initiate

Administrative Complaint against Criminally Charged PNP
Personnel

1. References:
a) PNP MC No. 2016-062, entitled 􀄅PNP Comprehensive lnternal
Disciplinary Mechanism", dated October 3, 2016;
b) NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No. 2016-002 dated March 9, 2016;
c) Memorandum from AC, RIDMD dated March 29, 2022 with subject
“Reiteration of the Directive to Initiate Administrative Complaint against Criminally
Charged PNP Personnel”; and
d) Memorandum from AC, PIDMU dated March 31, 2022 with the same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the previous directive of the DIDM to initiate the filing of
administrative complaints against all PNP personnel criminally charged in court and those
with criminal complaint before Prosecutor’s Office.

3. ICOW with above reference, we have disseminated said directive during PICE
and thru office Messenger and Viber to ensure all personnel will adhere on the said
directive. Likewise, we will ensure to submit immediately reports and details of all PNP
Personnel who has pending criminal case.
