2. This pertains to the 3,186 cases on 8 Focus Crimes and Violation of RA

9165 in PRO1 with case status of “Referred to Prosecutor’s Office” covering the
period January 1, 2016 to August 31, 2020 with as of May 10, 2020 baseline. The
latest status of the Referred to Prosecutors Office is 114 un-updated cases.
