SUBJECT : Letter from PH Global JET Express, INC. (J&T Express)

1. References:
a. Memorandum from C, RIDMD dated October 7, 2021 with the above
subject; and
b. Memo from C, PIDMU dated October 8, 2021 with the above subject.

2. This pertains to the request for assistance of the staff of PH Global Jet Express,
Inc., to locate the whereabouts of Mr. Eliseo Gabuat Salgado who allegedly
misrepresented himself to be an authorized representative of J&T Express Inc. in
Brentwood Village, M. Roxas, Baguio City. The letter senders intend to recover the
payment made to Mr. Salgado in behalf of the said company.

3. In connection with the above stated references, be informed that personnel of

this station monitored the whereabouts of Mr. Salgado within our AOR, but turned futile.
However, a continuous monitoring is still on process and any development will be
relayed to higher officer ASAP.
