BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 2, SERIES OF 2022

Authorizing the President, __________________, act on behalf of the association and to

transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue-Benguet with regard the filing of tax return,
processing of the tax exemption, if any.

“RESOLVED, that the Officers of BONTAGEL TALOY NORTE FARMERS

ASSOCIATION (the “Association”) authorizes MARLEAH P. SAL-ONGAN to act on behalf of
the Association and to transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue-Benguet.

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that ________________ is authorized to transact with the

Bureau of Internal Revenue-La Trinidad the following matters:

1. Filing of tax return and payment of taxes, if any;

2. Process of the tax exemption of the association, and submitting of
pertinent documents related thereto;
3. Filing of any application and signing pertinent documents of the above-
mentioned matters.

“RESOLVED FURTHER, That the ________________, as president, is hereby

authorized to sign, execute and deliver on behalf of the Association such documents as
may be required or necessary”

“RESOLVED FINALLY, that the foregoing Resolution has not been amended,
modified or repealed, and may be relied upon until written notice is received from the
Association.
