In behalf of my client DRM, who is also represented by her Attorney-in-Fact

Normita S. Francisco, we would like to request for a permit to travel to Cabuyao, Sto.
Tomas, Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet on January 18, 2019.

My client is the owner and claimant of two (2) adjacent parcels of land located
thereat having purchased the first from spouses DB and IB through a Unilateral Deed of
Absolute Sale of Real Property Rights, copy of which is attached hereto, and the
second parcel of land from spouses CiB and EB, also evidence by a Unilateral Deed of
Absolute Sale of Real Property Rights a copy of which is also attached hereto. My client
also filed an ejectment case for Forcible Entry and Damages against Living Truth
Apostolic Revival Ministry before the 5 th Municipal Circuit Trial with docket number Civil
Case 000 In a Decision of the MCCT dated March 1, 2017, the Court ruled in favor of
Ms. NSS as the party with a better right of possession of the two adjacent parcels of
land. Copy of the Decision is likewise attached hereto.

The grant by your office of her permit to travel to the location at _____________
together with her companions, would be highly appreciated and with the commitment of
my client and her companions to abide by any restrictions of said permit.
