Process:

1. Student will fill up the form online through the above mentioned link.

2. Supervisor and/or Joint Supervisor should give their comment using the link

“Semester Registration Acceptance”.

3. HOD/HOC/HOS/Chairman DSC should digitally sign the form for each candidate.

4. Semester Registration Acceptance should be done either as HOD/HOC/HOS or as Chairman, DSC.

5. Digitally signed print out of each candidate should be sent to Academic (PGS & R) section.

6. Print out can be digitally signed by HOD/HOC/HOS/Chairman DSC only if at least one of the supervisor
give his comments for a student.

7. Once print out is digitally signed, comments given by Supervisor/Joint Supervisor cannot be modified
anymore.
