Please find the specifics of your offer below:

1. Your employment wiII be governed by ByteME Technologies LLP Employment

Agreement.

2. Compensation:

a. Fixed component of CTC wiII be INR 6,96,000 (Six Lakh and Ninety Six Thousand Only).
This wiII be disbursed to you as per company’s current standard compensation plan
(Annexure I attached)

b. IT Budget of INR24,000 per annum will be paid out in form of INR.

2000 monthly for renting a laptop for official use untill you are not provided
with the companies asset.

3. You are expected to join us on 15-06-2022 which will serve as your start date.
4. You wiII be required to submit to our HR a set of documents, with confirmation of this
offer letter (As detailed in Annexure II) .
5. This Offer is subject to Successful backgroundverification and terms and condition as laid
out in Annexure III.
