Her students must first complete the assigned tasks and have them checked by a
classmate. Following that, as a teacher, I will discuss the supplied topic that is part of the
homework. Students must contribute to the discussion by expressing their own ideas. I'll
provide them a quiz to see how well they understand the topic. That is our everyday routine in
my advisory, as well as in other classes.
This type of conditioning, in my perspective, is really effective. As students, we are now
subjected to this type of conditioning by our professors. I suppose it all depends on the grade
level we're teaching. Different strategies are required depending on the level of teaching. Most
importantly, as teachers, we must be flexible.
