1. Bread

Bread is a staple food prepared by cooking a dough of flour and water and often additional
ingredients. Doughs are usually baked, but in some cuisines breads are steamed (e.g., mantou), fried
(e.g., puri), or baked on an unoiled frying pan (e.g., tortillas). It may be leavened or unleavened.

2. MEATS

A MEATS is maybe beef, pork, and sausage product. Meat is animal flesh that is eaten as food. This
eventually led to their use in meat production on an industrial scale with the aid of slaughterhouses.
Meat is mainly composed of water, protein, and fat. It is edible raw, but is normally eaten after it has
been cooked and seasoned or processed in a variety of ways.
