3. A healthy lifestyle is important for everyone. „Healthy living“ is a term,


which means maintaining a healthy lifestyle and introducing habits that
improve your health. It’s all about enjoying yourself without risking your life –
what you eat and drink; sleeping well and managing stress.

If you want to change your lifestyle to a healthier one, the first step you
should make is to start drinking more water. The benefits of drinking enough
water are endless and it’s honestly the easiest thing you can do when it
comes to a better diet and appearance. The importance of eating healthy food
also takes a big part of it. But it becomes really difficult to eat only healthy
food when there are so many fast-food restaurants everywhere we look. We
should eat more vegetables and fruits, try to eat more often at home healthy
cook meals and avoid junk food at the most. Often people make excuses like
not having enough time to cook at home, not knowing how to and etc., which
is not right. Doing exercises or just walking outside for about an hour
everyday is also something we should do for a healthier lifestyle.
c The benefits of keeping a healthy diet include living a longer life, feeling
happier, being more optimistic, having more energy and a healthy appearance.
Processed food decrease the quality of our lifes, so eating healthy food means
we can fight better diseases and live longer. When it comes to happiness, it’s
scientifically proven that healthy food is also and excellent anti-depressant.

It’ really important to think about improving our lifestyle to a better, heathier
one. Some of the main things you can do is getting enough sleep, exercising or
least walking everyday, drinking more water and eating healthy and well-
balanced food. No matter what we do, we should always think first about
what is healthy for us.
