FOR THE YEAR 2022-23
Dear Sir,

Please refer to HEC’s Call for Accreditation of National Research Journals for the financial year
2021-22. I, being head of the owner organization named _____________________ hereby recommend
the application of journal titled Foundation University Journal of Dentistry for HEC’s Accreditation for
the financial year 2022-23.

02. I further certify that the journal is being run under my control and is fully adhering to the rules,
policies and SOPs framed by HEC for national research journals. I am actively supervising affairs of the
journal and the journal will continue to follow the set rules in future as well. I have authorized Dr. Nasar
Um Min Allah, Editor of the subject journal for submitting online application to HEC for accreditation
purpose and have checked the contents of filled in application form before submitting it to HEC.

03. All the particulars filled in the application form are true and are completely in accordance with
record available with my organization. If anything found contrary to the facts and if any claim regarding
compliance of HEC Rules/SOPs is found to be false in future, I’ll have no objection on any adverse
decision of the Commission and I’ll initiate the disciplinary proceedings against the Editorial Team
Members found involved in such violations.
