Average (DJIA) measures the performance of 30 big, publicly owned blue-chip businesses

(Akhilesh, 2022). The index was named after Charles Dow after he created it in 1896 with his

partner Edward Jones. The two names brought about the name Dow Jones Industrial Average

(DJIA) index. The DJIA gives an investor that has invested in different stocks so as mediaum to

Fig 1 shows the trend of the Coca-Cola stocks between January 2020 and June 2021. It is

observed that there was a gradual increase in the price in 2019-01-03 from around $47 to $50

between 2019-02-03 and 2019-03-03 which is a good signal that the company was doing well.

After which there was a little drop to $45 in the middle of 2019-02-03 and 2019-03-03. This drop

could be a correction because of the volatility of the market. From the assumed correction,

There was a long time gradual increase in the price starting from 2019-03-03. The upward trend

continued till the middle of 2020-02-and 2020-03-03 when we had a new all-time high, ATH of

around $61 after which we witness a downtrend fall of around -$23 decrease in the price of

Coca-Cola stock to around $37 price value between 2020-03-03 and 2020-04-03. The graph

shows that there was a bounce-back from $37 back up to $50 where we had some resistance that

could not be broken until the end of June 2020.
