for business. So, the government advice Tanzanians not only to stick on domestic agriculture but
also to produce crops for business in order to get an income which improves life standard of the
Tanzanians.

of the people. The government spending on constructing hospitals and health care centre in every
parts of the country so as to avoid the death of people most impregnant women who wait for
delivery so, for a last century the hospital were so far so many people die because they failed to
get first aid and medical treatment and welfare of Tanzania was too low because of absence of
health services In different parts of Tanzania. for the year 2019 the government spent $1.2
trillion for constructing of hospitals in every districts and villages of Tanzania in order to
simplify the availability of medical treatment to Tanzanians so, this increase a welfare of the
people since the economic activities are conducted properly due to good health.
