The trick to creating a homemade chocolate cake is to follow the steps below and at the end, you will have a product
that you will be proud of.

Ingredients for the chocolate cake:


400 gr of flour
400 gr of sugar
100 gr of cocoa powder
20 g of baking powder
20 g of baking soda
300 ml of skim milk
100 g of butter at room temperature
10 ml of liquid vanilla
2 eggs
5 gr teaspoon of salt
600 gr of icing sugar
¼ kg of dark chocolate
60 gr of butter for the glaze
6 tablespoons of Water for the glaze

preparation:
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt in a mixer on low speed. Then add the milk, butter,
and vanilla and continue beating for a couple of minutes. Add egg and continue mixing.

Grease and flour a cake pan and pour the baking mixture there for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

After the cake has stopped cooling, unmold it.

How to cover?
Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Then add the icing sugar and hot water and stir constantly.

Cover the cake with the mixture on all sides.
