a) Candidates are expected to take their assigned seats immediately, once the examination hall opens. If a candidate is found taking
the test from a place which is not assigned to him/her then it will be construed as malpractice and appropriate action will be taken.
b) The candidate must show, on demand, printout of the Test Admission Ticket for admission to the Examination Hall.
A candidate without printout of the Test Admission Ticket which is downloaded from the website www.comedk.org or
www.unigauge.com shall not be admitted to the test Centre under any circumstances.
c) During the test, the invigilator will check the Test Admission Ticket to validate the identity of each candidate. The invigilator will also
affix his/her signature in the place provided in the Test Admission Ticket. Candidates, please insist on this.
d) Printing of TAT will be disabled on 18/06/2022. Candidates must preserve the printed TAT signed by the Invigilator for
the counseling and admission process as it will be one of the mandatory documents. (i.e. until counselling and seat
allocation)
e) Uni-GAUGE/COMEDK is not responsible for any delay by any means of transportation to reach the Test Centre beyond the
prescribed time. The candidate will not be allowed to enter the Test Centre and take the test in the event of delay beyond the
prescribed time. It is advisable to reach the Test Location earl y.
f) Candidates are advised in their own interest not to carry any personal computational devices, Bluetooth devices,
cellphones, any electronic gadgets etc. to the examination venue as arrangement for safe keeping of the same cannot be
assured. The aforesaid items are barred from being carried into test Centre.
g) Candidates must not carry any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers, any electronic gadgets except the allowed
items mentioned above.
h) A Calculator is available in the computer system provided to you which can be used for any calculations.
i) There is no provision for re-examination for any reason for candidates who fail to appear for the test on scheduled date and time.
j) The candidates must sign on their Test Admission Ticket in the presence of the invigilator, after the invigilator has verified their
TAT.
k) The COMEDK UGET 2022/Uni-GAUGE -E-2022 test administration is timed. The Chief Superintendent of the Test Centre is the
official timekeeper.
l) Candidate ID verification and photo capture of candidates will be done at the discretion of Uni-GAUGE/ COMEDK. The test centre
facility will be under CCTV surveillance.
m) Candidates are not allowed to go out of the test area even temporarily for any reason during the test duration (request for use of
washrooms will not be entertained.
n) Acceptable Original Photo ID Proofs: 1. Voter ID 2. Passport 3. Driving License 4. Aadhar Card/Print out of E-Aadhar card 5.
PAN Card. Please bring the one as declared by you in your application form and any other proof is not acceptable.
o) In the unforeseen event of "system failure/shut down", do not panic. In such event, PLEASE CONTACT THE INVIGILATOR
AT ONCE. Adequate number of buffer systems are made available at each center. All answers completed up to
breakdown point will automatically transfer to the new system allotted.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19
1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. Candidate must bring their own Mask, Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water Bottle, a simple pencil and the
exam related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam venue.
3. Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be allowed entry into the exam venue
4. Entry of Candidates will be given as per Reporting Time given on admit card AND/OR informed via SMS on their registered mobile
number prior to exam date to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.
5. Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun. Only those candidates will be allowed
inside the exam venue whose temperature is within the acceptability limits as approved by competent authorities.
6. Mapping of 'Candidate TAT Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be
provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID
verification.
7. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles draw at the entry points.
8. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured
during the registration process.
9. Candidates will be monitored through CCTV coverage throughout the exam procedure.
10. Candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot mentioned in the admit card AND/OR informed via SMS
on their registered mobile number prior to exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the
test center will be provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.
