Date submitted: December 6, 2017

1. What dream school do you desire in the future?

A Business School

2. Where do you want to go?

To become the leading business school in the Philippines

3. Why does this dream exist? How will you achieve this? Base your output from Barker’s
maxim below:

"Vision Without Action...Is Just a Dream.

Action Without Vision...Just Passes the Time.
But, Vision and Action...Can Change the World."
-Joel Barker

This dream of mine exist because of the influence of the people that surrounds me and
the things I see in televisions. I wanted to build a business school because for me, the fastest
way to become rich is to build a business.

In relation to what Joel Barker said. It’s easy to become distracted doing things that are
related to, but not core to our vision. I imagine we have all been in each of the three conditions
stated in the quote at some point in our lives. We’ve been the busybody, doing things, but
without any plan or aim. What do you do when you get nervous and have time on your hands?
Might that be an example of action without vision?

Then there is my favorite, vision without action. I have plans for making plans. I think things
through, and often to the point of pointlessness. And then forget to take action. Yes, some of
these plans are strictly thought exercises, but far too many are not, and become just
daydreams.

However, we’ve all managed to pull it together at some point in our lives. We’ve managed to get
at least a rudimentary plan together, and take action. When combined with the tracking of
results and adjustments to the plan, and another round of action, amazing things can happen.

4. Write the sample VMGO of your planned school in the future based on these questions found
in questions number 1 to 3.
